Job Title: Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25 – $35/hour (BOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician – Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and wiring experience (required)
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Minimum 1 year forklift experience
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician – Position Summary
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery
- Support production by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment efficiency
- Work with a variety of equipment including conveyors, presses, mills, and lathes
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with standards
Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance based on equipment schedules
- Diagnose equipment issues through observation, testing, and inspection
- Repair, replace, and align machine components as needed
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs and maintenance
- Inspect parts for wear, damage, or defects
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and components
- Use tools such as meters, hoists, and hand tools for repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals
- Order or source replacement parts as needed
- Maintain detailed repair and maintenance logs
Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician – Additional Qualifications
- Technical school or vocational training preferred
- CNC maintenance experience is a plus
- Experience working on cranes, saws, presses, conveyors, mills, or lathes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
