Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner between operations leadership and Human Resources. This individual will support workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives while helping drive organizational goals and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organized, and confident working directly with leadership teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, HR policies, best practices, and employment law
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and issue resolution
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support HR projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvements
- Prepare reports, pull data, manage documentation, and perform administrative HR functions
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws including FLSA, EEO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership on projects, business objectives, and organizational initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment law
- Experience handling workplace investigations and employee-related issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and make recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work directly with leadership teams, employees, and cross-functional departments
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
