Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees in a healthcare environment. This role will focus on employee relations, workforce planning, HR initiatives, investigations, compliance, and strategic HR support.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and employee relations matters
- Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations
- Analyze workforce data and identify trends/opportunities
- Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and employment laws
- Support HR programs, projects, and organizational initiatives
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Create reports, gather data, and support HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
