Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- School Year (August-May): Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
- Summer (June-July): Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Occasional weekends required for school events and facility needs

Maintenance Associate – Must-Have Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or maintenance certification preferred
- Experience performing general building maintenance and repairs
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintenance Associate – Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning campus for a private school in Tulsa. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs, supporting facility operations, assisting with event setups, and ensuring school buildings and grounds remain in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing exceptional service while supporting a positive educational environment.
Maintenance Associate – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on buildings, equipment, and campus grounds
- Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
Campus Support
- Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, school events, and special activities
- Help maintain classrooms, offices, athletic areas, and common spaces
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests throughout the campus
Safety & Inspections
- Assist with inspections and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other life safety equipment
- Perform routine safety checks and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and inventory of supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and school policies
Maintenance Associate – Additional Qualifications
- Experience working in schools, commercial facilities, or institutional maintenance is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude
