JOB TYPE: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
COMPENSATION: $85,000–$100,000 base salary
WORK AUTHORIZATION: U.S. citizenship required; ability to pass a background check

POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide operational support for enterprise applications and systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and compliance. The Production Support Analyst will monitor applications, respond to incidents, and work with technical teams to resolve issues. Flexibility is required to support multiple environments, shifting priorities, and after-hours escalations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor system health, jobs, and application performance
- Respond to production incidents and escalate as needed
- Troubleshoot issues across applications, databases, and integrations
- Document incident reports, root causes, and resolutions
- Work with developers and engineers to resolve recurring issues
- Track SLAs and ensure compliance with governance and security standards
- Support upgrades, releases, and change management processes
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 years of experience in production support, IT operations, or application support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and infrastructure
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident workflows
- Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting for issue analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to changing client needs
NICE TO HAVE
- Public-sector or regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or SRE practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
