COMPENSATION: $110,000–$140,000 base salary
WORK AUTHORIZATION: U.S. citizenship required; ability to pass a background check

POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversee enterprise production support operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and compliance across mission-critical systems and applications. The Manager of Production Support will lead teams in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents while driving process improvements. Flexibility is required to balance real-time problem resolution with long-term support strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage production support teams across multiple platforms and environments
- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation processes
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, security, and regulatory requirements
- Develop support policies, documentation, and reporting standards
- Partner with IT, development, and business teams to address recurring issues
- Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for 24/7/365 coverage
- Provide updates and reports to executive leadership on system health and stability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 7 years of IT operations or production support experience, with 3 years in management
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, and monitoring tools
- Proven experience leading incident management and support operations
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic client and technology environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Public-sector or regulated industry experience
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management framework knowledge
- Experience with automation, DevOps, or site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
