JOB TITLE: Contracts Manager

COMPENSATION: $110,000–$135,000 base salary
WORK AUTHORIZATION: U.S. citizenship required; ability to pass a background check

POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise contracts, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. The Contracts Manager will handle negotiations, renewals, and performance monitoring across vendors, suppliers, and partners. Flexibility is required to manage both detailed contract administration and strategic vendor relationship initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting through execution, renewal, and closeout
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors and partners
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Partner with procurement, legal, and IT teams to align contracts with business needs
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and key performance metrics
- Resolve disputes and manage escalations related to contract compliance
- Monitor contract performance and vendor obligations using KPIs and scorecards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7 years of experience in contract management, vendor relations, or procurement
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and administration
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to manage multiple contracts and evolving business needs
NICE TO HAVE
- Public-sector or regulated industry experience
- Professional certifications such as CPCM, CPSM, or PMP
- Experience with contract management systems or vendor management tools
