An international company located in San Jose is seeking a Japanese bilingual Administrative Assistant for a five-week assignment beginning in mid-April. This short-term temporary position requires fluency in both Japanese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills. The pay rate is $33–$35 per hour.
Requirements of the Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
- English and Japanese language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- 2 years experience in Administrative / Office duties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Responsibilities of the Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
- Order and maintain office and lab supplies and perform annual inventory
- Coordinate meetings and company events
- Prepare documents, meeting minutes, manuals, or emails in English and/or Japanese.
- Work with the administrative team to co-manage the office, including maintaining office and lab environment, greeting guests, answering or directing phone inquiries, and assisting in shipping & receiving.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Employment Type: Short-term TEMP for 5 weeks beginning in mid-April.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am ~ 5:00pm
