🔹 Collaborating with tribal leadership, government agencies, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders

🎯 We’re Looking For
A strategic healthcare finance executive with:
• 10 years of progressive healthcare financial leadership
• 5 years of senior leadership experience
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation
• Experience leading complex financial operations and compliance
• Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skillsPreferred: Experience with 638 programs, IHS funding/reporting, Tribal healthcare, FQHCs and/or grants. CPA, CHFP, or CMA certification is also valued.
