NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

KEY ACTIVITIES
- To carry out production operations in a timely and complete manner within human-machine-material and workflow relationships.
- To ensure that the production process in the factory continues smoothly by adhering to the program.
- To ensure that production is continuous and efficient by directing the employees under his responsibility correctly
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the production plan.
- To ensure that the products produced are made in accordance with the quality plan.
- To operate and manage the machines for which it is responsible in accordance with the machine operating instructions and the machine manual.
- Notifying the supervisor of events that may disrupt production.
- Not to reduce the production speed below the standards.
- To control the employees under his/her responsibility at the start of shift, to ensure that they make shift changes while working on the machine, to report any nonconformities to their superiors.
- Notifying the supervisor of employees who do not work or who are sick.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with the operator of the previous shift to find out if there are any ongoing problems from the previous shift.
- To ensure that the machines work in the most appropriate adjustments and settings.
- Adjusting the workflow during rest times.
