Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk 1
Duration: 12 Month Contract with possible extension
Location : Secaucus, NJ - Onsite role
Payrate: $22-$24.28/h on W2.
Job Duties:
Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals.
Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, etc.
Prepares payments.
Maintains all payment and other transaction records.
Experience and Education:
0–2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Nice to have :
Computer literate.
Excel knowledge required.
SAP/Ariba experience is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
Salary : $22 - $24
