As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, ensuring safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction while managing administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and any discrepancies or incidents that occur during your shift.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property.
- Assist guests with requests related to their stay, including concierge services or local information, fostering positive guest relations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and uphold the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest communication.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems; experience with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage nightly financial reports accurately while multitasking effectively.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
