Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to maintain shine and safety
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents
- Collaborate with team members to complete deep cleaning tasks like carpet cleaning or industrial cleaning projects when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with attention to detail
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
