- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, assisting guests over the phone as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions throughout the night shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns that arise during the night.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
