Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a passion for guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, assisting guests over the phone as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions throughout the night shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns that arise during the night.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
