Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during nighttime hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Prepare hot complimentary breakfast in line with brand standards
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security
- Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
