Housekeeper / Front Desk Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team who can also work as a friendly Front Desk agent (when needed/right fit). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
