Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks.
• Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service to guests during interactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment usage is essential.
