Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently.
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct routine safety checks, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure all records are accurate and complete.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and enthusiasm, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
- Maintain front desk operations by updating reservation systems, processing payments, and managing guest accounts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure the hotel’s smooth overnight operation.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures and guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.
