Information Technology Director. This newly created leadership position
offers the opportunity to shape the future of Erving\'s municipal
technology by further developing the Town\'s centralized Information
Technology program, modernizing infrastructure, and strengthening cyber
security while working collaboratively with departments across the
organization. The position requires the successful candidate to be
self-motivated and possess the ability to maintain and improve the
Town\'s information systems, plan and prioritize work, and perform

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, business
administration, or related field, seven years\' experience in computer
systems and information technology management, preferably in a municipal
setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements Possess & maintain a valid Massachusetts Class D
Motor Vehicle Operator License. Obtain & maintain CPR & First Aid
certification (within 6 months of hire) Microsoft Certification is
preferred. Obtain & maintain Criminal Justice Information Security
Awareness Training (within 30 days of hire) And the ability to maintain
CJIS level security clearance that requires finger printing and
background checks Miscellaneous Information The successful candidate
