PART-TIME BARISTA
Tous Les Jours is looking for a part-time Barista who loves coffee, people, and creating the kind of experience that makes someone want to come back tomorrow.
We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to push buttons on an espresso machine. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, personality, curiosity, and genuine hospitality to the bar.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
Create genuine connections with guests and make them feel welcome
Deliver our version of unreasonable hospitality—the little things matter
Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and marketplace clean, organized, and ready to go
Learn our menu, products, standards, and the story behind what we do
Jump in wherever the team needs you—because great hospitality is a team sport
Bring ideas, personality, and a willingness to make the experience better

- Have previous barista or coffee experience OR are genuinely excited to learn

THE DETAILS
Position: Part-Time Barista
Schedule: Part-time; availability including mornings, weekends, and some holidays is a plus
Pay: $12 /hr tips, based on experience
