We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store General Manager to lead our company-owned bakery opening in November in Cleveland, Tennessee.
This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving business goals while upholding the quality and values of the Tous Les Jours brand.

JOB TITLE: Store General Manager
LOCATION: Cleveland, TN
JOB DUTIES (including but are not limited to the following)
- Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures across the bakery
- Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs
- Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve performance
- Maintain brand standards in product quality, service, and store presentation
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Train, coach, and support franchisee and staff on operational excellence and service standards
- Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimize waste
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values
- Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to implement new initiatives
- Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts
- Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation within the community
- Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to franchisee and corporate
- MUST be available to work weekends and holidays
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of successful bakery management history, experiences with bread a plus
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
