This is NOT your Mom and Pop's automotive shop. I say that bc this isn't your normal stuffy dealer work or normal run of the mill shop. We have a full lineup of high-end builds in the shop right now—everything from frame-up restorations and restomods to boosted street cars, trucks, and serious horsepower projects. And that’s just the current projects on the ground..... PLUS MORE here we haven't started on yet... I can hire parts changers and regular mechanics all day long. We want someone better, faster, stronger, and smarter than the normal guys walking in or applying...

This position is responsible for taking vehicles through final assembly and bringing them to a complete, running, driving, finished state. The ideal candidate has strong experience in automotive electrical systems and wiring, modern drivetrain integration, fuel system plumbing, troubleshooting, and complete vehicle assembly.
Our vehicles combine classic platforms with modern engines, transmissions, electronics, A/C systems, and other components. This position requires someone who understands how these systems work together and can complete installations cleanly, reliably, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete automotive wiring and electrical installation on ground-up vehicle builds
- Install, route, terminate, and troubleshoot vehicle wiring harnesses
- Integrate wiring for modern engine and transmission combinations into classic vehicles
- Read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer instructions
- Wire and integrate gauges, lighting, switches, fans, fuel systems, charging systems, accessories, and other vehicle electronics
- Complete engine and transmission hookups and related drivetrain installation
- Perform final fuel, brake, cooling, A/C, and other vehicle plumbing
- Install and troubleshoot aftermarket A/C systems, including Vintage Air and Restomod Air
- Install and integrate aftermarket EFI and engine-management components when required
- Install glass, weather stripping, trim, interior components, and other final-assembly items
- Perform final fitment and adjustment of components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Inspect completed work for proper operation, appearance, reliability, and serviceability
- Take vehicles from post-paint assembly through turnkey completion
- Maintain an organized workspace and communicate project issues clearly
- Work efficiently and meet project timelines without sacrificing quality
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive electrical, vehicle assembly, restoration, custom automotive, or a closely related field
- Strong knowledge of 12V automotive electrical systems and complete vehicle wiring
- Experience wiring vehicles with modern engines, transmissions, and electronic systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and independently diagnose electrical issues
- Strong understanding of automotive plumbing, drivetrain installation, and mechanical systems
- Experience with aftermarket wiring harnesses and components
- Familiarity with modern EFI/engine-management systems
- Experience with aftermarket A/C systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform clean, organized wiring and plumbing with attention to serviceability and appearance
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet project deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finished vehicles
- Experience with classic cars, restorations, Restomods, hot rods, or Pro Touring vehicles strongly preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
