Responsibilities / Duties:
- Diagnose, identify, and resolve vehicle issues promptly and accurately.
- Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections on every vehicle to identify existing and potential issues.
- Report any discrepancies promptly to facilitate efficient resolution.
- Maintain efficiency and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Uphold a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Assist fellow technicians when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Share knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
- Adhere to the order of repairs set by the Service Advisor through the shop's Workflow System.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to follow the shop's Workflow System and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with team members.
- Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
