Paint Technician / Custom Paint Technician

We’re looking for a talented Paint Technician / Custom Paint Technician to join our growing performance and custom automotive shop. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have an eye for detail, and want to work on vehicles that are anything but ordinary, we want to talk to you.
This is an opportunity to work on custom builds, performance vehicles, restorations, specialty projects, and high-end automotive finishes in a shop where quality matters.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work
- Prep vehicles and components for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, blocking and final prep
- Mix and apply basecoat, clearcoat and specialty finishes
- Perform custom paint work and color matching
- Paint body panels, components, wheels, trim and custom parts
- Perform blending, wet sanding, buffing and polishing
- Identify and correct imperfections in the finish
- Maintain high standards for fit, finish and attention to detail
- Work closely with body technicians and mechanical/custom technicians to complete builds
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment
- Properly maintain spray equipment, tools and paint materials

- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license
ASE, I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but demonstrated skill and quality of work matter most.
