Some Duties Below
-Work directly with owner
- Office organization
-Calendar Management
- Social Media
- Monitor incoming online messages
- Assist with incoming photos
- Monitor incoming calls
- Overview of online sales postings
-Posting new items for sale ( i.e. old stock )
- Assist with events and scheduling
Qualifications That Are A MUST:
-Microsoft Suite
-Some Automotive Knowledge A Bonus
-Marketplace, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Meta skills a bonus
-Ability to follow thru with directions and complete tasks
-Ability to learn FAST and implement newly learned things quickly
-Self driven with STRONG desire to succeed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
