TORQ Coatings is growing, and we're looking for experienced, hardworking professionals to join our team as Lead Floor Coating Installers. As a Lead Installer, you'll help oversee projects, work alongside a crew, and deliver high-quality floor coating systems for homeowners and commercial customers throughout the Chicagoland area.

Most projects are completed in a single day, allowing you to see the finished product and take pride in the work you and your team accomplish.
- Lead and work alongside installation crews
- Grind and prepare concrete surfaces
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Train and support crew members when needed
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Leadership experience or the desire to lead a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
Experience in floor coatings, concrete, construction, home improvement, painting, landscaping, or similar trades is highly valued.
