TORQ Coatings is growing, and we're looking for driven sales professionals to join our team.
As a high-ticket sales closer, you'll meet with homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area, help them find the right solution for their project, and guide them through the purchasing process.
This is not a cold-calling or door-knocking role. Our marketing team generates the leads and schedules qualified appointments for you. Your focus is building trust, providing solutions, and closing business.
We're looking for individuals who already have sales experience and are ready to take the next step in their career. Whether your background is in home improvement, in-home sales, retail sales, automotive sales, roofing, solar, fitness, or another commission-based environment, we'd like to talk with you.

Our marketing team generates the leads and schedules the appointments. Your job is to show up prepared, build trust, provide solutions, and help homeowners make the best decision for their needs.
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
- Understand their needs and recommend solutions
- Measure project areas and prepare quotes
- Present pricing and close sales
- Manage follow-up activities through our CRM
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Most appointments last 45–60 minutes and are scheduled throughout the Chicagoland market.
- Previous sales experience required
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting solutions and asking for the sale
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$120,000
Our compensation plan is designed to keep cash flow in your pocket. We pay commissions weekly because we believe people should be rewarded quickly for the work they put in.
We are a coaching and development-focused organization. Our next Sales School begins July 6th and is led by a world-class sales trainer.
You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support from leaders who are invested in your success. Sales School is an important part of our onboarding process and must be successfully completed to join the sales team.
