Outside Sales Representative - Pre Set Appointments

TORQ Coatings is growing, and we're looking for motivated people who want to build a successful career in sales.

This is an in-home sales role where you'll meet with homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area, help them find the right solution for their project, and represent a company that takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, coachability, and willingness to learn.

Our marketing team generates the leads and schedules the appointments. Your job is to show up prepared, build trust, provide solutions, and help homeowners make the best decision for their needs.

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
• Understand their needs and recommend solutions
• Measure project areas and prepare quotes
• Present pricing and close sales
• Manage follow-up activities through our CRM
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Most appointments last 45–60 minutes and are scheduled throughout the Chicagoland market.

Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$120,000

Our compensation plan is designed to keep cash flow in your pocket. We pay commissions weekly because we believe people should be rewarded quickly for the work they put in.

We are a coaching and development-focused organization. Our next Sales School begins July 6th and is led by a world-class sales trainer.
