Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardwood Flooring Installer/Sander located in Chicago, IL. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for installing, sanding, and refinishing hardwood floors, as well as assisting with flooring-related tasks such as resurfacing and repairs. Key responsibilities also include assessing flooring needs, preparing surfaces, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in every project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hardwood Flooring installation, sanding, and refinishing techniques
- Experience with Carpet and Flooring projects
- Working knowledge of Ceramic flooring and related materials
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver precise and high-quality results
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
