TORQ Coatings is growing quickly across the Midwest, and we are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Management Manager to help us build the infrastructure, culture, and people systems needed to scale the right way.
This is a high-impact role working directly with company leadership, reporting to the CEO and Director of Business Operations. For the right person, this role has the opportunity to evolve significantly over the next 12-24 months as the company continues to grow into new markets.

• Full-cycle recruiting & onboarding
• Employee relations & performance management
• HR compliance & policy administration
• Benefits administration & workforce support
• Leadership coaching & culture development
• Building systems, structure, and accountability
• Helping support company growth across future locations
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT:
This is not a large corporate HR department role with layers of management and narrow responsibilities. This is a hands-on leadership role inside a rapidly growing company where you will help build the people infrastructure from the ground up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
• HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance experience preferred
