About the Role
Latavco Consulting Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality visual communications and marketing materials. This role is ideal for a design professional who enjoys transforming concepts into engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to create designs that align with branding standards and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design and produce visual content for digital and print communications.
- Create brochures, flyers, newsletters, posters, advertisements, handbooks, maps, and promotional materials.
- Develop layouts, graphics, illustrations, and branding assets.
- Create original artwork, logos, and visual concepts as required.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
Project Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative Services Manager and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Present design concepts and draft layouts for review and feedback.
- Revise designs based on project objectives and stakeholder input.
Brand Management
- Ensure all materials align with established brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Apply design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Maintain consistency across all communication materials.
Production & Quality Control
- Optimize graphics for print, web, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with vendors and content teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
