About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information and resolve customer requests.
• Assist customers with claim initiation procedures and provide updates on claim status.
• Process customer requests, including address updates and document reprints.
• Explain company policies, procedures, and available services clearly and accurately.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using customer service systems is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: $38,000 – $41,000 annually (DOE)
