Position Summary
Topsl Beach and Racquet Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations Specialist to oversee a portfolio of homes in Miramar Beach. This individual will ensure that all homes are maintained to the highest industry standards.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional care ensuring that all furnishings, appliances, electronics, and amenities are kept in pristine condition. You will treat each home as if it were your own, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly and efficiently - with immense opportunity for growth with expansions of operations.
As a key point of contact for homeowners, exceptional customer service and responsiveness are essential. You will be expected to address homeowner needs promptly and professionally while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Compensation : $50k to $55k ( plus performance bonus )
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of homeowners, maintaining strong and responsive relationships. Monitor, respond to, and help resolve guest reviews.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties are clean, safe, and fully functional at all times.
- Monitor the condition of furniture, appliances, electronics, and personal property - ensuring all items remain in like-new condition.
- Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Respond promptly to owner requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless owner and guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of home conditions, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across your portfolio.
- Review owner statements on a monthly basis.
- Conduct quarterly quality assurance visits and report findings.
- Create, audit, and process work orders, including sourcing and scheduling vendors.
- Perform monthly audits for VRBO and Airbnb listings.
- Partner with the Business Development team to recruit and onboard new homes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or client services (education or relevant coursework may substitute for experience).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and tools.
Additional Requirements
- Full-time availability (schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday).
- Reliable transportation and residence within a 50-mile radius of Miramar Beach.
