TOPS’L Club of Northwest Florida is seeking a friendly and reliable Pool Attendant to join our team. This role helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests and members while delivering excellent customer service in a beautiful resort setting along the Emerald Coast.

What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas
- Provide towels, umbrellas, and other pool amenities to guests
- Assist guests with seating and general pool area needs
- Monitor pool area to ensure safety guidelines and club rules are followed
- Restock pool supplies such as towels and amenities throughout the day
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Keep pool furniture properly arranged and presentable
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and members at all times
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support club operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, resort, or pool service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when moving pool equipment or supplies
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays based on resort operations
