Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Description
The Front Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional experience and coordinating daily front desk operations.
Areas of Responsibility and Duties
- Greet members and guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Check in and register guests using club systems
- Provide information about club amenities and events
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Address member concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff
- Monitor member access and clubhouse security
- Process payments for memberships or amenities
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Working Conditions
Role operates in a club environment and may require sitting/standing for extended periods. Interaction with the public and use of computers, phones, and office equipment required.
Physical Requirements
Job requires moving, standing, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Schedule: Day and/or evening shifts; weekend availability required
