What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, payroll, and month-end clos
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reconciliations for multiple business units
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-makin
- Strengthen compliance and internal controls in line with GAAP and company policiey
- Build and maintain key financial reports, including sales and commission tracking, for executive review
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; exposure to manufacturing or multi-entity environments a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and proficiency with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel capabilities (PivotTables, formulas, lookups) and strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and confidence communicating with all levels of the business
