Senior Financial Analyst

A growing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional partnerships, and the opportunity to influence process improvement and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models across various products and services
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Support strategic initiatives with deep financial analysis
• Analyze profitability scenarios and business cases (ROI, cost analysis, build vs. buy)
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance data warehouse tables and support analytics
• Drive automation and process improvements within the department
• Conduct ad hoc analysis such as benchmarking, market research, and regulatory/audit support

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4 years of experience in financial services required
• Strong FP&A background including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in SQL
• Advanced financial modeling, including discounted cash flow evaluation
• Experience with tools such as Tableau and statistical analytics tools
• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
