Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models across various products and services
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Support strategic initiatives with deep financial analysis
- Analyze profitability scenarios and business cases (ROI, cost analysis, build vs. buy)
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance data warehouse tables and support analytics
- Drive automation and process improvements within the department
- Conduct ad hoc analysis such as benchmarking, market research, and regulatory/audit support
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4 years of experience in financial services required
- Strong FP&A background including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in SQL
- Advanced financial modeling, including discounted cash flow evaluation
- Experience with tools such as Tableau and statistical analytics tools
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
