Project Accountant

A fast-growing client of ours is rapidly expanding and gearing up for an exciting phase of transformation. As they continue to grow, they’re investing heavily in their accounting function and rolling out a new ERP system. It’s the perfect time for a driven Project Accountant to join and make a meaningful impact from day one.

This role can sit fully remote – preference is someone on the East Coast!

Core Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Manage project accounting, tracking spend, revenue recognition, and budget-to-actual reporting
• Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system, including testing, data migration, and improving workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and enhance internal controls as the organization grows
• Participate in process improvements, helping streamline accounting procedures and increase automation
