It’s the perfect time for a driven Project Accountant to join and make a meaningful impact from day one.
This role can sit fully remote – preference is someone on the East Coast!
Core Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage project accounting, tracking spend, revenue recognition, and budget-to-actual reporting
- Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system, including testing, data migration, and improving workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal controls as the organization grows
- Participate in process improvements, helping streamline accounting procedures and increase automation
