- Delivered outstanding customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer communications across multiple channels.
- Assisted customers with product information, order inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
- Recorded customer interactions, feedback, and account updates accurately within a CRM system.
- Collected and analyzed customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
- Built and maintained positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Identified sales opportunities by recommending products, services, and promotional offerings based on customer needs.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and support, to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
