Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment within a cost accounting or controllership capacity
- 3 years partnering with operational leadership and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence decisions through financial insights and business partnership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
