We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Analyst to provide administrative and client support in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and reports, managing client documentation, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the client experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client materials while maintaining consistent formatting and quality.
- Support client onboarding, document management, and internal recordkeeping.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with meeting logistics and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate internal meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client service initiatives.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative, client service, or office support role.
- Experience creating professional presentations and client-facing materials.
- Experience in financial services or another professional services environment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
