Location: TOCA Social Dallas/Grandscape, Texas 

Reports to: General Manager 

Role Scope & Responsibilities: 

We’re looking for an energetic and engaging Beverage Manager who will ensure the smooth running of our beverage program, while creating exceptional guest memories in our venue. You’ll help to create surprising and delightful moments, fantastic experiences and make our guests’ day by delivering high standards of service across the venue. Some of your responsibilities will include:  

● Recruiting, coaching, and developing a strong team across service areas to ensure a positive team culture and exceptional service delivery. 

● Leading your team from the front! Representing TOCA Social internally and externally while maintaining high operational standards throughout the venue.  

● Overseeing inventory management specific but not limited to beverage service and contributing stock, ensuring stock levels are maintained, recorded and managed efficiently.  

● Building and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring quality beverage offerings and smooth supply chain management for the bar and venue operations. 

● Driving innovation in beverage offerings, ensuring the menu evolves to create unique experiences that align with TOCA Social’s brand. 

● Upholding the TOCA Social culture and values, ensuring team members consistently meet service and operational standards. 

● Maintaining high food and beverage safety standards throughout the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

● Collaborating with all departments to ensure operational efficiency, supporting the wider management team to deliver the best guest experiences across the venue. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Beverage or Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment, including cocktail preparation. 
• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certification – Required 
• Food Handler Certification (Texas Department of State Health Services) – Required 
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification – Preferred but not essential 
• First Aid & CPR Certification – Preferred but not essential 
• A quick learner who’s able to work well under pressure in faced paced, popular environments!  
• An enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic and self motivated individual 
• Passion for hospitality, a desire to make people happy, delivering genuine and memorable experiences  
• A sense of pride in your work and the work of your team  
• A willingness to support your teammates development for future career progression  
• Experience managing and training a team 
• Menu development experience  
• Knowledge of using procurement systems 
• An infectious attitude and great work ethic!
