Role Scope & Responsibilities:

We’re searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Runner who will help ensure our guests receive their food and beverage orders quickly, accurately, and with a smile! You’ll play a key role in keeping our service flowing seamlessly and maintaining TOCA Social’s high standard of guest experience.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Greeting & supporting guests throughout their journey to provide a best-in-class experience
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables and bays
• Maintaining a warm, welcoming, and guest-first approach at all times
• Helping guests understand our menu items and ensuring any questions are answered
• Communicating order updates clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen teammates
• Ensuring all dishes and items leaving the kitchen meet TOCA Social standards
• Maintaining clean, organized, and presentable service areas
• Assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining overall venue cleanliness
• Supporting our kitchen and bar teams by running items as needed
• Replenishing items, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other guest-facing supplies
• Being proactive in spotting opportunities to delight guests with thoughtful service
• Following all health, safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures
• Jumping in to support other departments during peak times or special events
