The Pay Range For This Role Is
19 - 19 USD per hour(Drift Palm Springs)

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and waitlists through Resy
- Seat guests strategically to support service flow
- Communicate guest notes and table assignments to servers
- Help maintain pace between front and back of house
- Support bussing and table resets as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entry
- Hospitality-minded and naturally guest-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Calm and composed in a high-energy environment
- Detail-oriented with strong situational awareness
- Prior host/restaurant experience preferred, but not require
