Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Full-Time)

Location: Palm Springs, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays as Needed

About The Role

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our Palm Springs team. This role is essential to the guest experience — ensuring our property is safe, functional, and beautifully maintained every day. What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility issues
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of maintenance supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property procedures
• Support property cleanliness and appearance standards
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule availability
• Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and teammates
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
