What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at TILL, Inc.?
TILL, Inc,. is seeking an RN to provide initial medication training according to NH regulations, review medication logs and submit documentation to NH DMDS; Provide in-service trainings on health care related topics; coordinate medical resources with families, staff when intervention is appropriate; review new referrals; participate in provider certifications visits to ensure compliance.
Current RN license in NH and experience with DD population. Must possess good communication skills- both oral and written. Must be able to be flexible with schedule to coordinate meetings with providers and training. This is a consultant position or employee position and available hours are flexible based on programmatic needs. Up to 8 hours per month! Work in Hollis and Nashua.
Driver's license and vehicle required.
