Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift.
We are looking for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with residents, working collaboratively with a supportive team, and providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring and documenting resident conditions
- Communicating changes in condition to physicians, families, and the care team
- Supervising and supporting LNAs
- Following all nursing, safety, and infection-control policies
- Helping create a positive and respectful environment for residents
Requirements:
- Current New Hampshire RN or LPN license
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Pay: $26.50 - $36.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
