$50k p.a. (full-time equivalent: $100k p.a.)

Tiger Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a busy data scientist, seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Personal Assistant to support with managing personal calendar and travel, household inventory and operations, errands, and ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, organized, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with various tasks around the Principal’s residence
• Run errands (e.g., shop for groceries, check household inventory, collect dry cleaning and deliveries, etc.)
• Manage personal bookings, e.g., restaurant reservations, personal meetings, and doctor’s appointments
• Keep the Principal’s home organized and maintained to a high standard

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a busy executive or entrepreneur
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to execute tasks independently
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude toward all tasks
• Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary
