Nanny

Salary: $80,000 p.a. - $100,000 p.a.

Tiger Recruitment is working with a warm, thoughtful family seeking a full-time nanny to provide loving, educational, and structured care for one young child. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and passionate about early childhood development. You must be highly organized and travel ready. A good fit is comfortable with dogs, and can occasionally assist in taking care of the two well-trained French Bulldogs. Both parents are very present with work-from-home jobs that allow them to be flexible and involved throughout the day. This position is based in Northern Michigan but with frequent travel to New York, Montana with the possibility of other locations as well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time care infant.
• Establish and maintain routines for feeding, bathing, and naps.
• Engage in stimulating play: music, books, sensory activities, creative play.
• Encourage social-emotional growth, language development, and independence. This includes taking the baby to local classes and playdates.
• Support English language development.
• As the baby grows prepare nutritious meals/snacks for the child
• Handle child laundry, seasonal wardrobe rotation, and room organization
• Collaborate with household staff
• Feed and walk dogs as needed (on occasion)
• Pack/unpack and prepare thoroughly for family travel and outings

Qualifications:

• 5 years of full-time nanny experience
• Previous experience working with a UHNWF
• Current CPR & First Aid certifications (or willing to renew)
• Up to date on vaccinations (COVID, flu, TDAP)
• Clear background check and driving record with valid and up-to-date license
• Comfortable around dogs
• Ability to swim plus water safety skills
