We are looking for a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to support a founder and investor across all aspects of personal operations and lifestyle management. This is a hands-on, high-trust role that sits at the intersection of operational rigor and genuine taste — someone who can flawlessly execute the practical while bringing real judgment to the personal.
The principal is an active entrepreneur and investor who splits his time between New York City and Jackson Hole. He moves quickly, maintains a full social calendar, and holds high standards for his homes and experiences. He is supported by an Executive Assistant focused on business operations; this role partners closely with that EA to ensure seamless coordination across all priorities.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
Residences & Household Management
-Oversee two primary residences (NYC and Jackson Hole), ensuring they are always fully operational, stocked, and guest-ready
-Manage and coordinate all personal vendors and specialist contractors — serving as the single point of accountability so the principal never has to
-Coordinate with household staff and service providers on scheduling, expectations, and ongoing quality
-Anticipate what each home needs ahead of the principal’s arrival and proactively address it
Travel & Logistics
-Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel — itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, dining, and activities
-Handle real-time changes with calm and resourcefulness
-Ensure seamless transitions between residences and travel destinations, with every detail accounted for
Social & Event Coordination
-Manage the principal’s personal social calendar with thoughtfulness about relationships and timing
-Plan and execute dinners, gatherings, and hosted experiences — from intimate to larger-scale
-Secure high-demand restaurant reservations and access to premier venues and events in NYC and other key markets
-Build and maintain relationships with concierges, restaurateurs, and hospitality contacts
Lifestyle & Personal Support
-Oversee wardrobe management and personal shopping across both residences — clothing, home goods, and specialty items — with a strong eye for quality and taste
-Anticipate preferences and surface recommendations proactively
-Handle day-to-day personal requests, errands, and special projects with speed and ownership
Requirements of the Personal Assistant:
-1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, household manager, or in a high-end hospitality or lifestyle management role
-Experience supporting a high-demand individual — a founder, executive, or UHNW client — preferred
-Strong knowledge of the NYC dining, hospitality, and social landscape; familiarity with Jackson Hole or similar resort markets a plus
-Track record of managing multiple households, vendors, or service providers simultaneously
-Comfortable with both high-level coordination and getting hands-on when the situation calls for it
-Proficiency with modern tools — AI proficiency, calendar systems, project management platforms, communication tools
-Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
